The Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation recommends that you read the donation policy before making a donation. It is important to avoid further disagreements.

2. Object of the donations
The Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation offers, through this website, the possibility of making donations from the «Help us» and «Donations» sections. Donations may be one-off or periodic (annual or monthly) and will be destinated to:
- Feeding and caring for the animals that live in our refuge.
- Rescue and veterinary care for animals in need.
- Release of wild animals rescued and/or raised in the refuge.
- Environmental conservation projects.
- Environmental education aimed at schools.
- Maintenance, adaptation and expansion of the refuge’s facilities.
3. Minimum donation and required documentation
A minimum donation of €1 is set.
In accordance with current legislation on money laundering, donations of amounts from €100 imply the obligation that the donor sends us:
- First and last name.
- DNI or NIE.
- Residence address.
- Full name of the entity.
- VAT Nº.
- Tax domicile.

Our virtual platform allows us to accept donations from around the world.
5. Types of donations
Donations can be periodic (annual, monthly) or one-off.
6. Cancellation of donations
- The Foundation does not accept cancellations or refunds for one-time donations.
- A donation cannot be refunded once the payment has been made.
- As for regular donations, cancellations will be accepted, provided you notify us 15 days in advance.

The user will be able to make donations to the Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation through different forms of payment:

You will be asked for your credit or debit card details with a maximum security system that guarantees the integrity and confidentiality of the information provided.
In the case of payment by Bizum, payment will be made via Banco Sabadell’s «Smart Phone & Sell» to the telephone number specified on the Web using your usual platform.
You can make your donation by bank transfer to the account of the Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation.

The Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject a donation. The Foundation will not accept donations that come from illegal sources, associations or criminal organizations or that condition the Foundation itself or its projects.
In this case, you must provide us with your IBAN by emailing email@example.com, with the exact amount to donate, as well as including whether it is a one-time or regular donation. The IBAN is usually listed in your savings account or in the private area of your online banking service.
We will give an order to our bank which will charge the receipt to your account with the value and frequency that you indicate to us through the membership donation/registration form on the website.
For regular donations, the corresponding standard «SEPA Debit» form will be sent so that we can transfer to your account the amounts you indicate to us at the periodicity you have chosen.
8. Response after making the donation
Once your donation has been processed, you will be redirected to the donation confirmation page.
If you have filled in the donor details and confirmed that you would like to receive the Donation Certificate, you will receive a certificate of donation at the email address provided on the form.
We remind you that all donations made to the Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation by a resident tax donor in Spain enjoy a tax deduction:
- To the IRPF (if the donor is a natural person)
- To the IS (if the donor is a legal entity)
In the case of donations from abroad, the tax treatment is relegated to the laws of each country.

The Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation informs you that your personal data and any updates you make will be processed by the entity, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and in the alternative, the Royal Decree 1720/2007 , of 21 December, approving the Regulations for the deployment of the Organic Law 15/1999 , of 13 December , protection of personal data. Therefore, bring the following points to your attention:
The purpose of collecting and processing this data is the processing of the donation, as well as providing the corresponding tax certificate.
The legitimacy of the treatment is based on the consent of the interested parties.
As for the data retention criteria, they will not be retained for longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were requested, unless there is a legal obligation.
As for the communication of data, these will not be communicated to third parties, except by legal obligation.

Both parties are governed by the laws of the Spanish State and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Competent courts and trubunals of the city of Solsona.
In the event that any of the clauses of this Donation Policy are declared void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of the clauses.
