The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from its issuance date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other words:The day to come and enjoy the gifted activities must be within 12 months of the Gift Certificate issue date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Example: If you purchase the voucher on April 15, it can be used until April 15 of the following year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can the validity of the gift voucher be extended?<\/h2>\n\n

In exceptional cases<\/strong>, we can extend the validity of the voucher up to 24 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

  1. If the legal requirement does not allow you to enjoy the gifted experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. By force majeure<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Due to a long illness<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    What happens if the voucher has expired?<\/h2>\n\n

    Vouchers that have expired cannot be extended<\/strong>. Please read our gift voucher return policy<\/a>. Even so, we evaluate each case individually.<\/p>\n\n

    Gift voucher validity for a specific day<\/h2>\n\n

    You can gift experiences to the Zoo of the Pyrenees for a specific day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    However, the person you gave the gift to can change the date of their experience<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
