A user is understood to be any natural or legal person who acquires, uses or enjoys any of the products or services offered by the Fundaci贸 Zoo del Pirineu or through the intermediation of the website or who registers as a user of the website.

The parties undertake to fulfill their legal and contractual obligations under this contract.

If one party fails to comply with any of its obligations or attempts to hinder the other party’s compliance, the former shall be entitled to claim damages for both consequential damages and loss of profit according to the legislation in force.

Obligations of the buyer

When the user fills in the data included in the forms on this website, it is understood that he/she accepts the obligation to provide true, accurate and complete data about his/her identity and legitimacy.

If the user considers that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force, he/she may file a complaint with the supervisory authority at www.agpd.es.

Language

The language in which the contracting procedure will be processed and in which the contract will be formalized will be Catalan, Spanish or English, depending on the language chosen by the user, without prejudice to compliance with the obligations derived from the regulations on language policy and consumer and user protection of the different Spanish autonomous communities.

Rates and types of payment

The prices of the products offered on the website are expressed in euros and include the corresponding VAT.

The prices in force at the time of the contracting of the products of the Zoo of the Pyrenees can be consulted on the web site during the procedure of contracting of the services. Subsequently these data will be available for consultation in the email confirmation of the purchase.

Payments for transactions made through the web portal may be made through the following payment methods:

The purchase will be effective for the Zoo of the Pyrenees once the Zoo of the Pyrenees receives the confirmation of the purchase from the bank.

If the purchase process is interrupted for any reason or if the amount paid does not reach the corresponding amount (including handling fees and bank charges), the Zoo of the Pyrenees will suspend the process and inform the customer.

Withdrawal rights

The user is guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating a reason, for 14 calendar days from the day on which he/she receives the product/tickets. To cancel a purchase during the 14-day cooling-off period, the user has to send an email to zoopirineu@gmail.com or call +34 610 750 224.

Ticket purchase policy

These specific conditions regulate the registration, access and use of the services provided to the user by the Zoo of the Pyrenees, as service provider.

The customer has to check that the ticket he/she has purchased is the one he/she wants (time, day, show, among other data). It is not necessary to print the ticket on paper. At the zoo’s ticket office you can show the tickets from the screen of your cell phone.

Illegal resale of a ticket constitutes grounds for confiscation or cancellation of this ticket without refunds or any other type of compensation.

Provision of the service

The Zoo of the Pyrenees reserves the right of admission.

At the same time the Zoo of the Pyrenees reserves the right to expel from the enclosure anyone who does not comply with the rules of the zoo or disregards the indications made by the staff of the organization.

Rules of the Zoo of the Pyrenees

The Zoo of the Pyrenees is not responsible for the improper use of the facilities. Neither will it be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal objects of the user during his stay in the enclosure if it is alien to the action of the Fundaci贸 Zoo del Pirineu.

Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the premises without being accompanied by persons of legal age.

It is forbidden to bring into the enclosure any object or product that the Zoo of the Pyrenees considers dangerous or prohibited by current regulations. To this effect, and in accordance with the Law, the bearer of the ticket authorizes the Zoo of the Pyrenees to carry out the revisions or searches of person and belongings necessary to verify that the conditions of access are fulfilled.

Modification or suspension of activities

If circumstances so require, the Zoo of the Pyrenees reserves the right to modify data, schedules, programs or animals announced, as well as to decree the suspension of the show.

Changes occurring after the start date of the sale are the sole responsibility of the Promoter of the event. Once known, the Zoo of the Pyrenees will send an email to the email address indicated by users at the time of purchase detailing these changes. The Zoo of the Pyrenees will also announce these changes on its website so that users and buyers are informed.

In case of suspension of a performance, tickets can be exchanged for:

  • Another day
  • Another activity
  • Product(s) of the charity store
  • Requesting a refund

The maximum period for processing exchanges and returns is 60 days from the date of suspension.

Ticket purchase process

Pursuant to Article 23 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, contracts signed electronically shall be fully effective and shall be governed by law, provided that consent and the other requirements for their validity are met.

These terms and conditions are available to all Zoo of the Pyrenees customers free of charge.

The purchase is considered effective when the customer clicks the “Purchase” button. At this point, it is understood that following all phases of the electronic contracting process and providing all requested information constitutes a clear and direct expression of the customer’s willingness to accept the general contracting conditions.

The Zoo of the Pyrenees, as the service provider for the Fundaci贸 Zoo del Pirineu, will store the electronic document formalizing the contract on a durable medium. Users can access it using the link provided in the confirmation email, which can be printed.

A ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or gambling unless formal written authorization is granted by the event promoter.

The use of Zoo of the Pyrenees trademarks or any other intellectual property is also subject to the express consent of Zoo of the Pyrenees.

Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number of people or a minimum age. If purchases are made in violation of these rules, the company reserves the right to cancel them.

Competent courts

Both parties are governed by the laws of the Spanish State and submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of the city of Solsona.
