At the Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation, we’re looking for an empathetic, proactive, and executive-minded person to strengthen our communications and visitor relations department.
Responsibilities in this NGO communication job
Communication and social networks
Create and schedule posts (photos, videos, stories, and text).
Respond to messages and comments on social networks.
Customer service and reservations
Answer calls and emails.
Manage activity reservations and resolve queries.
Visits and visitor services
Meet and greet at the box office.
Conduct guided tours for families, schools and groups.
Operational support to the team
Working two weekends a month, essential times when the refuge receives the most visitors and conveys its educational work with the greatest impact.
