How to use a gift voucher for a specific day
Don’t worry about anything. Everything is already organized. On the day of your visit, simply arrive about 10 minutes before your activity begins. Show your gift voucher at the box office (please do not print it, show it on your mobile phone). And that’s it. Enjoy the animals!
How to use an open-dated gift voucher
Before coming, you must reserve your place for the activities. You have to contact us and we will make the reservation for you manually.
Contact us. The information we need is:
- Your name and contact information
- What name is on the gift voucher?
- What day and what time do you want to come and enjoy your activity?
We confirm availability, reserve your spots, and send you a reservation confirmation. Once at the zoo, you must show your voucher and our reservation confirmation.
I don’t want my gift
We’re sorry if you were disappointed with the gift you received and didn’t want to enjoy it. Unfortunately, you can’t request a refund for the gift voucher. Please read our returns policy.
You can gift the voucher to another person, although their name will not appear on the voucher. In this case, please let us know by email that you have transferred your gift to another person.
