Requirements for interns
Language
We need to be able to communicate with you in Catalan, Spanish, or English.
Car
The center is located in an isolated natural setting. Therefore, a driver’s license and your own vehicle (or helicopter 😉) are essential.
Age
To do an internship with our company you must be at least 18 years old.
There is no age limit. We also welcome adults or retirees with previous experience who want to continue contributing, learn something new, or reconnect with their vocation.
Frequently asked questions about internship
Are internships paid?
No, there’s no financial compensation for internships.
But what we offer you is worth much more than a nominal salary:
- You will have real responsibilities, not decorative tasks.
- You will be accompanied by experienced professionals.
- You will learn with wild animals in a unique environment.
- You will receive practical training adapted to your level.
- You will actively participate in the day-to-day of the team.
- And if you need it, we provide you with free accommodation.
You don’t come here to hang out; you come here to grow, contribute, and prepare for your professional future.
What is the minimum duration of an internship?
It depends on the type of internship:
- If you are a student doing a curricular (mandatory) internship: The duration will be adapted to the requirements of your educational institution.
- If you are doing an extracurricular internship (on your own initiative) or are a senior: We ask for a minimum commitment of 4 weeks.
Can I do an internship at any time of the year?
Yes, we welcome students year-round. The length of stay will depend on the agreement with your school.

How many students do you accept at the same time?
Three. This way, we guarantee personalized attention, real-time follow-up, and a quality training experience.
Is there insurance or coverage in case of an accident?
- If you do compulsory internship as a student, insurance is included in the agreement with your educational institution.
- If you do extracurricular internship or are a senior, you are covered by our civil liability policy, within the framework of your volunteer collaboration.
Do you offer accommodation during the internship?
Yes. You’ll stay in a bungalow at Camping La Comella (Cambrils dels Pirineus), just 17 km from our center. We’ll cover the rent; you only pay for electricity and water. If we have more than one intern or volunteer at a time, you can share the costs among all the bungalow tenants.
What are the company internship schedules?
It depends on your availability and previous experience:
- Full-time: 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00
- Part-time: 9:00–14:00 (ideal if this is your first experience)
Would I also work on weekends?
Internships generally take place Monday through Friday. You can also join us on some weekends, by request. This is optional and will allow you to see how the center operates on its busiest days.
