The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from its issuance date.
In other words:
The day to come and enjoy the gifted activities must be within 12 months of the Gift Certificate issue date.
Example: If you purchase the voucher on April 15, it can be used until April 15 of the following year.
All of this information will also be included on the voucher.
Can the validity of the gift voucher be extended?
In exceptional cases, we can extend the validity of the voucher up to 24 months.
- If the legal requirement does not allow you to enjoy the gifted experience.
- By force majeure
- Due to a long illness
What happens if the voucher has expired?
Vouchers that have expired cannot be extended. Please read our gift voucher return policy. Even so, we evaluate each case individually.
Gift voucher validity for a specific day
You can gift experiences to the Zoo of the Pyrenees for a specific day.
However, the person you gave the gift to can change the date of their experience.
- The person may change the date with at least 48 hours’ notice by contacting us.
- The new date chosen must also be within 12 months of the voucher being issued.
Validity of the gift voucher for charitable causes
Sponsor animals
The person will enjoy the benefits of being a godfather or godmother for the next 12 months.
Partner
For 12 months, the person you gift will have access to the benefits of members.
Sponsor a project
If your contribution is equal to or greater than €120, the person on whose behalf you are making the donation will receive the same benefits as members.
