At the Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation we are looking for an analytical and organized profile to coordinate the team, evaluate results and ensure that our projects move forward successfully.
Your job in an NGO: responsibilities and main tasks
Coordinate teamwork
Plan meetings and track tasks to keep the team aligned.
Monitor the execution
Ensure the correct application of the 12 Week Year and 10X Rule (internal training included).
Transforming data into real improvements
Analyze results and turn them into proposals to improve communication and impact.
Support in operational management
Collaborate in the administration and activities of the refuge, also participate two weekends a month.
What we look for in you

Analytical and organized mind, capable of transforming data into actions.

Training or experience in project management or data analysis (junior profiles are valued).

Empathetic leadership and ability to work in a team.

Flexibility to combine management with operational support at the refuge.
